Join the Alaska Avalanche School for a comprehensive Level 1 Avalanche Course from December 19–21, 2025, running daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Hatcher Pass. This 3-day course is the gold standard for recreational backcountry users, combining classroom learning with field-based training. You'll gain essential skills in terrain evaluation, snowpack analysis, safe travel techniques, and avalanche rescue preparedness.
