Sponsored riders lead by example, encouraging others on the mountain, at events, and beyond, while maintaining a positive presence both in person and online. Sharing The Sierra Winter Way comes naturally. It's reflected in how you ride, how you connect with others, and how you carry the culture forward. There is no quota. No checklist to complete. Just a commitment to living the lifestyle, uplifting the community, and representing the brand with authenticity and purpose.
